`Nokia 5610 has blackout issues’

NEW DELHI: The US mobile service provider T-Mobile has put a halt on the just-launched Nokia XpressMusic 5610 due to complaints from T-Mobile customers that their display keeps going blank without any warning.

Last week, the company suspended sales of Nokia 5610 XpressMusic.

In a company statement T-Mobile said that the company has temporarily discontinued sales of the Nokia 5610 XpressMusic to address a defective component in some units that may cause the LED display to go blank.

Although we believe the issue to be limited to a very small percentage of devices, T-Mobile and Nokia are committed to providing the best customer experience, which is why we are temporarily suspending sales of the device until Nokia has resolved the issue.

Nokia 5610 ships with the company's `Comes With Music' package. The phone has a 3.15MP camera with flash.
